Miners, including Stakers, Developers, Liquidity Miners, and Validators, through various collective organizations, share full power and control in Telcoin Platform governance.

Governance Organizations: Overview
Miners, acting as part of Miner Groups, within the broader Miner Assembly, acting through Miner Councils, constituted legally under the Telcoin Association, possess full power and control over and within Telcoin Platform governance.
Miner Groups
Stakers, Developers, Liquidity Miners, and Validators each constitute their own Miner Group and collectively share equal authority over and within Telcoin Platform governance.
The Miner Assembly
All four Miner Groups may collaborate to form a Miner Assembly and alter any aspect of the governance system.
Miner Councils
A diverse set of policy-making organizations, composed of elected officials from each Miner Group, who set and enforce the operational rules for interacting with the Telcoin Platform.
Telcoin Association
Telcoin Platform governance is organized Constitutionally under the Telcoin Association, a Swiss Verein Association legal structure domiciled in the Canton of Ticino in the City of Lugano, Switzerland, with a scientific, non-profit purpose.
Telcoin Autonomous Ops, Ltd (TAO)
The TAO is the operational arm for the Telcoin Association, and its purpose is to be a producer and administrator of collective goods and services on behalf of the Telcoin Association.
